The Martini Bar Experience
Located in the Grand Plaza, the Martini Bar serves as the heart of the ship’s social scene. It features a spectacular half-round bar, stylish décor, and talented bartenders who not only mix excellent cocktails but also entertain guests with their incredible bottle-juggling skills.
We loved the Chandelier Show, a dazzling display where the stunning Grand Plaza chandelier lights up in sync with the music, creating an unforgettable spectacle as the bartenders juggle and mix to the music. This event takes place at various times during the cruise, usually twice a day. Adding to the vibrant energy of the bar, it’s always buzzing with a vibrant atmosphere.
There is always something happening at the Martini Bar, whether it’s a spontaneous bartender performance, live music filling the Grand Plaza, or guests gathering for an elegant evening of drinks and socialising. Whether you’re looking for a pre-dinner drink, a lively evening atmosphere, or just a chance to try a world-class martini, this is the place to be.
Martini Bar Menu
The Martini Bar on Celebrity Apex offers an extensive selection of classic and contemporary martinis, signature cocktails, and premium spirits, which we enjoyed working through. I will list all the drink prices below.
Classic Or Premium Drinks Package
- Classic Package on Celebrity Cruises (around $81/day) – Covers drinks up to $10, including beers, house wines, standard cocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and speciality coffees. Higher-priced drinks require an extra charge.
- Premium Package (around $120/day) – Covers drinks up to $17, offering premium spirits, craft cocktails, and a wider selection of wines and beers, plus everything in the Classic Package.
- Choose Classic if you’re happy with standard drinks.
- Go Premium if you prefer top-shelf cocktails, premium spirits, or pricier wines.
The Premium Package is worth the extra if you love Martini Bar cocktails. On our last cruise I had the classic package and was happy with the options. However, on this cruise, we upgraded, and I liked having a better choice of cocktails and wine.
You can order martinis and pay the difference if you have the classic package. But these add up and make the package upgrade worth it. You can look for a deal in the cruise app to get a discount. We upgraded for £11 a day, just keep an eye out for offers.
