NCL is a cruise line we have not sailed with yet. However it is apparent they are committed to engaging an audience of all ages. Therefore I have been researching cruising Norwegian Cruise Line With Kids. Keep your eyes pealed for my trip to see what Norwegian Bliss has to offer very soon! I will be sharing first seen footage of Bliss and its family friendly facilities. Until then I want to find out a little more about NCL and what innovation the brand offers families.

Let We Start By Telling You A Little About Norwegian Bliss
Bliss is the stuff of dreams for the family cruise market, offering a go-kart track and a laser tag area, which looks like something out of Star Wars.
Add incredible dining options and shows into the mix Norwegian Bliss is the ultimate destination ship. Offering a selection of exciting Caribbean and Alaskan itineraries. You will be able to watch bald eagles soaring over glaciers or dolphins dancing alongside the ship in the Caribbean waters from the revolutionary viewing area. Sounds incredible doesn’t it?
Other Bloggers Opinions Of NCL Cruises
In preparation or my trip I asked a few fellow bloggers to share their experiences of NCL. What they loved and any tips we could offer our readers thinking of cruising with NCL with kids.
Becky from the Cuddle Fairy and her family cruised from NYC to Bermuda on the Norwegian Breakaway.
She offers some really great tips for cruising with kids and how to get the best out of a cruise when travelling with little ones. Check out her Mini Suite review here. I also love her tips for booking shows and the ice bar so ensure you don’t miss out.
Zena from Zena’s Suitcase says, taking a family cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line is a great option for families who haven’t cruised before.
Or for parents who want to cruise in a more relaxed environment without having to worry about dress codes. Zena shares an in-depth review of the incredible kids facilities on her cruise on Norwegian Epic.

And also discusses why she thinks the facilities are perfect for families traveling with kids and teens. With exciting on-board facilities such as water parks and climbing walls. She says, ” The NCL kids clubs are of an exceptionally high standard with the latest equipment and jam packed entertainment programs”.
If like me food is a huge part of the cruise experience? Its great to know there are lots of options for family dining on Norwegian Epic. With an array of speciality restaurants or alternatively relaxed buffet style dining, making sure everyone in the family is catered for.
Dana from the Talking Suitcase and her family have recently returned from a 10 night Mediterranean cruise on-board Norwegian Spirit
This is the oldest and smallest ship in the NCL fleet. Dana shares why there is a lot to be said about the smaller ship experience. And whilst she feels Spirit is ready for a refit, she found it a great ship to travel on with kids and teens.

Her post offers lots of port tips to get the best out of some incredible destinations such as Morocco. Offering a real insight to life on-board a smaller ship including a thorough ship and cabin review. With tips for getting to and from the Barcelona Cruise Terminal if you are sailing from Barcelona.

Her in-depth foodie guide discussing the quality and variety of food available on-board shows why dining on a cruise is such a big deal.
These fantastic reviews demonstrate that cruising on-board NCL with kids and teens offers not only great flexibility but also innovation. Thus making Norwegian Cruise Line a great family friendly way to see the world.
