The New MSC Bellissima and the Latest News

Share

With less than 100 days to go before the official naming of the MSC Bellissima, MSC have given us a insight on what it will look like.

Our editor Donna will be attending the star-studded three day event on behalf of Cruising with Kids. The MSC Bellissima naming ceremony will take place in Southampton on 2nd March 2019. Here’s why we – particularly Donna – are excited:

Back in May we were invited to see MSC Bellissima in construction in France. Lisa was the lucky Cruising With Kids editor who flew out to the STX ship yard in Saint Nazaire to see MSC’s next ship taking shape. You can read about her visit to MSC Bellissima or watch the highlights video below:

Now we have been invited to the MSC Bellissima naming ceremony in Southampton this coming March.

Antonio Paradiso MD for MSC Cruises UK & Ireland said:

The event, as always, promises to be a star studded, glittering affair with over 5,000 people attending over the three day period from over 20 countries around the world. We have so much still to announce over the next few months from the celebrity acts that are performing at the ceremony to the concepts and show names for the new Cirque du Soleil at Sea shows.

To say I am excited is an understatement! The last MSC ship I visited was the Preziosa and I was completely awe stuck at its beauty. You will be transported on a feast for your eyes as well as finding new inventions at every turn.
