MSC partnership with The LEGO® Group and Chicco® offering kids the very best toys and activities. The Kids Club on deck 18 is the place to be with 7 rooms filled with fun and dedicated to babies, children and teenagers. The brand new MSC Virtuosa’s kids’ areas will centre around a tropical island theme full of adventure and discovery and bright eye catching colours.

5 kids fun clubs for different ages on MSC Virtuosa

The kids club facilities onboard MSC are really impressive and MSC cruises have teamed up with some really great leading kids brands such as Lego and Chicco.

There are 5 MSC Virtuosa Kids Clubs in different ages onboard from babies to teens up to 18 years. There is also a aqua park, sports area and chill out zones. The kids club areas are dedicated just for children to use so they can use their imagination and let off some steam.

The Chicco baby club MSC

The Chicco baby club is the MSC baby club for infants – toddlers from 1-3 years. Filled with toys from the leading brand Chicco, the free service is for all little ones.Guests can leave their toddlers up to 3 years old in the care of qualified MSC Babycare Staff.

The MSC Babytime is designed for parents to be with their babies. Filled with modern educational toys chosen by the Osservatorio Chicco® Baby Research centre.

MSC Babycare onboard MSC Bellissima is a service offering you the opportunity to drop your children off at the Mini Club where they will be looked after by qualified and dedicated staff who will let them play.

This facility is subject to prior booking and has limited availability, for children between 1 and 3 years old (not inclusive).

Available at the following times, exclusively when the ship is sailing: between 13:00 and 14:00 and between 18:00 and 19:00.

The MSC Virtuosa mini club

The mini club is the MSC kids club for children aged 3-6 years. With their own designated room full to the brim with imaginative play and Duplo Lego!

This Magic Lego playroom is perfect for kids with hands on building and role play involved. There is a magic cafe for them to build their own food and kids activities through out the day. This state of the art Lego room features all of the latest Duplo Lego toys which are bright and colourful. It is a complete safe haven for little ones.

Each cruise also includes an all-day event dedicated to LEGO® activities for the whole family to enjoy.

The MSC Virtuosa Junior Club

The Junior club is the MSC  kids club for children aged 7-11 and also full of Lego! Fun high quality learning experiences that supports your child’s learning. This vibrant huge room is perfect for your children to let of some steam, explore and have fun. Lots of story telling goes on here with changeable stories and even a magic wall. You could even become your own Lego Magician. There is still plenty of space for children to let off steam with over 130m2 across two rooms mini and junior.

Teens clubs

There are two dedicated clubs for teenagers:

  • The Young Club for 12-14-year-olds
  • Teens club for 15-17-year-olds

Both of these clubs offers a range of activities and facilities including the latest game consoles. There is also a teens-only area that serves as cinema, gaming room as well as a disco.

The Young Teen Club

The Young Teen Club is the Tween club for young teens and is out of this world!  Hip young and trendy this area boasts gaming pods with all platforms of gaming and consoles. They have Xbox, Nintendo and Playstation consoles to keep them amused as well as table tennis, board games and plenty of sports activities on the schedule. Dedicated to the 12-14 year olds this is the perfect hang out zone.

Teen’s Lab MSC Virtuosa

The teen club is the MSC Teen club for 15-17 and is called the Attic. They have a huge area which serves as a disco by night and a gaming room, cinema area and hang out zone during the day. Walls pull away to reveal a gaming room and seating area by day and they have their own chill out bar area. What teen would not feel grown up and independent is this room?

Brand new toy the Virtuosa is the TEENS LAB, a totally immersive, tech-filled, modern room just for teenagers. Expect the latest games consoles, virtual reality, music and dancing. The Teens lab takes music into another dimension, expect silent disco’s and a juke box.

A new detective game brings out the inquisitive side of kids where they must use their observation skills to find answers, collect clues and solve puzzles in search of the truth

The Games room on MSC Virtuosa

The Games room is a magic Lego game room and a laboratory. Filled with computers and interactive games. Designed to stimulate your children minds and curiosity.

Kids club services

Happy dinner. 

The kids club offers a variety of services for parents and their children including a handy after dinner drop of service. After dinner parents can relax while their little ones are picked up from their table and escorted to the Mini or Juniors club. This means your children get to dine with you and enjoy the children’s main menu before going off and having fun on their own. (This service just needs to be booked with a member of staff before 4pm).

Fun time dinner.

If it’s some valued time on your own and a relaxing dinner that you are after then you could opt for the funtime dinner service. You kids will be entertained by the entertainment staff and also fed in their own area of the main buffet. 

Child free excursions.

Should you wish to leave your children on board during an excursion you can. Your children will eat in the buffet and they will be entertained  while you are away. Booking must be done one day in advance.

Kids club activities

Every cruise dedicates a day for Lego activities for the whole family so you can even join in with your child.

Magicians apprentice is a magical themed night once a week where kids will take part in a magical themed evening learning spellbinding tricks.

Cyclone is a brand new game that takes place in the Sportsplex arena. Everyone competes in a range of sporting activities to get them all running as well as laughing out loud!

MSC Virtuosa Savannah Aquapark

The MSC Virtuosa has one of the most exciting aquaparks at sea! Jump on three action-packed water slides including a champagne bowl and two racing tube slides. Younger guests can play in the Aquaplay spray area with moon slides and water features.

The park features kids pool with a depth of 0.5 metres and a wonderful splash area. There are mini slides and bucket that tip on your head along with water sprayers.

MSC Virtuosa Himalayan Bridge

Are you brave enough? kids and adults alike can climb aboard the innovative Himalayan Bridge where guests attach themselves to a rope course and cross the ship, 80 metres above the water!

There are 3 water slides on the MSC Virtuosa and one has a huge champagne bowl which you will be washed down! You can also race along with your friends on the other one to your hearts content.

The rooms were full of fun, bright and airy with lots of friendly fun staff who also love the environment too. Children would not need much encouragement to play here. I am not sure I would get my kids out!

There is even more for guests to experience with so much onboard entertainment. There are with two authentic F1 racing simulators an immersive XD cinema and a full-sized bowling alley with 2 lanes! There is also a whole host of arcade games.

Also in this area you can embark on a tech-fuelled adventure into the unknown with the Hologate Arena attraction where guests are transported into the immersive world of virtual reality (VR) to fight robots, zombies, and dragons.
